United way of Deschutes County
Organizational Assessment 2007

During the week of October 29th through November 4^th  2006, the United Way of Deschutes County conducted an online organizational assessment.  We invited UWDC staff, board members, partner agency directors and selected volunteers and donors to take the survey.

We found it to be very helpful in our strategic planning and we plan to do another assessment two years from now to see what progress we have made.
