Mt. Bachelor Donates to Local Charities

Nearly 2,000 skiers hit the slopes to help support local agencies during January. Mt. Bachelor donated $25 for each voucher redeemed, which resulted in contributions totaling more than $48,000 for five local charities.

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated.

The United Way of Deschutes County received $14,275. Revenue generated through this generous giving program will benefit the 26 partner agencies of the United Way—helping 1-in-3 residents of Deschutes County each year.

The second session will be held during the weeks of April 5 & 12; vouchers will be available through Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon, MBSEF, Oregon Adaptive Sports, Saving Grace and Sparrow Clubs.
